The date is April 2016. The International Furniture Exhibition of the Salone del Mobile is held in Milan, Italy.
For this, the 55th installment of the event, 370,000 guests from around the world, the largest on record, attended.
Ritzwell exhibited at Hall 5 as the first brand from Asia in the history of Salone del Mobile, drawing attention.
Of the exhibits at the Salone, Hall 5 is where the world's leading interior design brands congregate.
Not only do they offer the finest quality, but refined designs, concepts, history, and proven performance.
Only brands meeting a stringent review process can exhibit at this special zone.
Born in Como in 1952, he graduated in Political Since in 1977 from the Milan University, with a 6 months stage at the former EEC in Bruxelles. Back to Italy he started working as Assistant Manager at Como Export in the fashion fabric, upholstery fabric, mechanical and furniture; from 1985 to 2005 as Genearl Mager at Consorzio Cabiate Produce. Since he has founded Furniture & Consulting.
Roberto Di Stefano was born in Milan in 1981, he graduated in Interior Design (2006) from the Polytechnic of Milan. During the period 2004-2010 he worked for the studio of Piero Lissoni and took care of projects for Tecno SpA, retail projects for the Israeli fashion Designer Elie Tahari, the opening of the Kerakoll Design Gallery in Milan and the renovation of the London offices of Knoll. From February 2010 he has worked with Kerakoll, as Site Manager for installation of Cementoresina® flooring and coverings. As a freelance Interior Architect, his works span the whole gamut of interior design; recently he started teaching Product Design at Istituto Marangoni in Milano.

Graduated in architecture at “La Sapienza” University in Rome, during his studies he starts collaborating with different architecture, engineering and general contractors in Rome, following different disciplines. In 2005 he reach the grade of Senior Architect and the following year the Master in Interior Design at the Politecnico Di Milano. I'm 2006 he moves from Rome to Milano and start his business, simultaneously with the collaboration with Lissoni Associati. The activity is open from interior design and exhibits design to retail, architecture and competitions too. He concentrate more on architecture, such as the renovation of the "Teatro Nazionale" in Milano (2006-2009), but also the stand projects for clients like Lema and Living Divani for the Salone Del Mobile in Milano (2008-2011), hotels and resort, private villas in Italy and worldwide. Today he's a reference in the Studio for the research and contacts with the suppliers. Actually his freelance activity is focused more on interior design and site management, as well as companies consultancy. Always following the digital evolution (BIM sector) basing his design on the most updated softwares."
ECC has built a reputation for providing the absolute finest in European designer lighting and furniture. ECC was established in 1909 by George Levett Thorburn and is now run by grandson Mike Thorburn. Mike has been the driving force behind the development of an extensive range of designer lighting and furniture products over the last 30 years. Born in Taiwan in 1978, he immigrated to Los Angeles in 1992. After pursuing his biology degree at UC Irvine, he later became a successful biotech sales specialist in Southern California. Always fascinated by interior & furniture design, at the age of 35 he decided to go back Taiwan to assist his father-in-law's furniture store Sifar. Sifar Furniture has been around since 1986, and is one of the oldest furniture stores that got into high end furniture import/retail business in Taiwan. Carrying worldwide known brands from Italy, Denmark, Spain and Japan, Sifar aims to provide total display and solution for perfect living. With the help of Randy's international expertise, Sifar now not only provide some of the highest quality furniture , they also provide customers and designers the latest design news with the best service in town.
Degree educated in Industrial Design at La Sapienza University of Rome in 2005. She started her career working in several architecture studios like MDAA studio.In 2006 she has been selected to join the High Formation Course I-NOVA for young designers from all around the world, sponsored by Poltrona Frau Group. Following this experience she worked in Poltrona Frau Style and Communication Department in Italy, then in Lievore Altherr Molina Design Studio in Barcelona.
In 2009 she moved to Milan where she worked as Stylist, first for press (interior design and decoration magazines), then directly within design furniture companies like Moltheni&C and B&B Italia. She worked on set design for catalogues photo shootings, adv, showrooms and fair booths.
From 2016 she collaborates with Ritzwell, starting with the styling of Milan Design Week fair booth.
